1. Acceptance

By inviting or using Rebel, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13+ (or older if required by Discord).

3. Bot Usage

You must follow Discord’s Terms & Guidelines. Do not abuse, reverse‑engineer, or exploit the bot.

4. Moderation Tools

Server admins control bans, mutes, AutoScan, and Shadowmute. The developer isn’t liable for moderator actions.

5. Rebel Pro

Pro is billed via Stripe and renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancelling removes access immediately. Refunds are not guaranteed. Lifetime keys are one‑time and non‑transferable.

6. Fair Use

No overload, spam, or excessive requests. Abuse may be throttled or suspended.

7. Liability

Provided “as is” with no warranty. Not responsible for outages, data loss, or damages.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.

9. Governing Law
